Our department falls within our Student Affairs mission of supporting students through accessible resources. We seek to provide guidance for students with a variety of social, academic, and personal matters. We invite the campus community in to meet with our case management team for appropriate resources to fit the needs of the students we serve. 

We encourage students and campus community members to make an appointment with us when: 

• They need guidance but don't know where to start

• They need help navigating the multitude of resources on campus

• A campus community member is concerned about a student and their performance

• They need additional information about a resource

Please keep in mind that working with a case manager is a resource for students, campus community members, and students' family members, however, we will not be able to share detailed information about students' records. Case management is a service that provides navigation through the local Galveston resources.
